How do credits work with a subscription?
Each plan includes a set number of credits per billing period. When payment succeeds (initial or renewal), we add that period’s credits to your INXOP balance.
How are payments handled?
Subscriptions are processed on a secure checkout. Card data is handled by the payment processor — INXOP does not store your full card details.
Can I cancel?
Yes — manage or cancel from Billing & Payments according to our Terms / Refund Policy. Email billing@inxop.com if you need help.
How do I close my account or delete data?
Email contact@inxop.com from your account email with “Account deletion request”. See our Privacy Policy.
