We want you to be satisfied with INXOP. If you are not happy with a credit pack purchase, we offer refunds under the conditions below.
You may be eligible for a full refund if: - You request a refund within 7 days of purchase - You have used fewer than 4 credits from the purchased package - You have not violated our Terms of Service We review requests on a case-by-case basis and may make exceptions at our discretion.
Refunds are generally NOT issued when: - More than 7 days have passed since purchase - You have used more than half the purchased credits - Your account was suspended for Terms of Service violations - The purchase was of free promotional credits only See also our Terms of Service for general payment rules.
To request a refund: 1. Email billing@inxop.com from your account email 2. Subject line: "Refund Request — [your account email]" 3. Include your purchase date and reason for the request We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method where possible.
INXOP currently sells one-time credit packs. There are no recurring subscriptions for credits. Purchased credits do not expire on a monthly cycle. If we introduce subscriptions in the future, we will update this policy and checkout before charging recurring fees.
If a technical issue prevented you from using purchased credits (for example, generation failed and credits were deducted incorrectly), contact support@inxop.com immediately with details. We will investigate and may restore credits or issue a refund where appropriate.
