By creating an account or using INXOP (inxop.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
INXOP is a SaaS platform that helps you generate product landing pages using AI (including Google Gemini), edit and publish those pages, configure forms, and view submissions and related analytics in your dashboard. Users purchase credits to generate pages. Each standard landing page generation typically costs 2 credits unless we state otherwise for a specific feature.
You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits is prohibited.
Credits are purchased through our payment processor at checkout and are non-transferable. Purchased credits do not expire unless we notify you otherwise. Payments are subject to our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Free credits at signup are for evaluation and may be adjusted.
You agree NOT to use INXOP to: - Generate spam, misleading, or fraudulent content - Create pages that violate applicable law - Impersonate other people or organizations - Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform in violation of these terms - Resell access to the platform without authorization - Infringe intellectual property rights of others We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You own the landing pages and content you create, subject to third-party rights in materials you provide. By using the platform you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content to provide the service. You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your content and to data you collect from your visitors.
Our platform uses AI to generate content. Output may be imperfect or inaccurate. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for how you use it commercially or legally.
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may occur with or without prior notice. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime beyond what applicable law requires.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion, follow the process described in our Privacy Policy (contact contact@inxop.com). Unused credits may not be refunded except as stated in our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INXOP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, unless a higher minimum applies under mandatory law.
We may update these terms. We will notify users by email or platform notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
